Benefits are an important part of the total compensation employees receive. Our benefit program is designed to provide financial support for employees and their families by offering a choice of benefit selections and participation.

  • Bonus Pay
    Every employee is eligible for annual bonus compensation based on company performance. Base bonus opportunities differ; however, there is no cap on potential bonus earnings for any employee.

    Salary Adjustments
    Tapemark provides an opportunity for annual increases for meeting or exceeding job performance expectations.

    401K plan
    Employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan on the first day of employment. Eighteen funds are available and are managed by a top-rated investment firm.

    Tapemark provides 80 hours of holiday time and/or pay each year to employees.

    Vacation
    Full-time employees earn two weeks of vacation to start with progressively more generous accrual rates as your time with Tapemark increases.

    PTO (Paid Time Off)
    Eligible employees are provided 40 hours of paid time off over the course of a calendar year to be used for unplanned events. While employees are encouraged to use PTO when necessary, any unused hours will be paid out at the end of the year.

    Paid Volunteer Time
    Eligible employees are provided 8 hours of paid time off per year to pursue volunteer opportunities through charitable organizations, upon pre-approval by their supervisor.

    Continuing Education Plan
    Tapemark encourages continuing education for all employees. All employees are required to take a minimum of eight to 40 hours of training per year, depending on the position. Tapemark supports this requirement by offering multiple internal training opportunities and by funding external training. A training plan is developed by all employees and their supervisor as part of career planning.

    Tapemark's benefits include medical and dental insuranceMedical Insurance
    Our Preferred One with HRA account medical plan allows our employees to take an active role in managing their health care needs. Tapemark pays for approximately 75% of all premiums. This consumer driven healthcare plan covers wellness at 100% and pays major medical at 80/20 after deductible. To help offset deductibles, Tapemark offers an HRA account which carries forward from year to year, if unused, until maximum out of pocket is covered. Additional features include $200 per calendar year for each covered individual for eyeglasses and a co-pay for prescription drugs ranging from $10 — $40.

    Dental Insurance
    Tapemark provides single and family coverage at a very low cost.

    Life Insurance
    Tapemark provides coverage equal to 1.5x each employee's annual gross wages at no cost. Supplemental coverage for yourself, your spouse or children is offered as well at a very low cost.

    Flexible Benefits Plan
    Our flexible benefits plan saves you money. Qualifying expenses may be paid with pre-tax dollars. Examples of allowable expenses include: medical and dental premiums, daycare fees, out of pocket medical costs such as eyeglasses, hearing aids, orthodontics and prescription co-pays.

    Short and Long-term Disability
    Tapemark offers no cost disability coverage for qualifying conditions. The short and long-term plans are integrated to ensure that continuous coverage is there when you need it.

    Alternative Work Schedules
    Tapemark recognizes the value of retaining and attracting employees interested in alternative work schedules and we appreciate the flexibility that comes through supporting part time and other employment relationships. Part time employees working a minimum of 20 hours are eligible to participate in all benefit plans.

    Health and Wellness
    Tapemark promotes employee well-being with the Healthy Living Taking Action Wellness Program. The goal is to foster healthier lifestyle choices to reduce health risk factors, improve overall well-being, and maintain a productive, active work force. Initiatives include fitness club discounts and rebates, weight reduction support meetings, preventative health measures such as group fitness activities, onsite flu immunizations, health screenings, smoking-cessation programs, ergonomic assessments and monthly educational communications.
