Today I want to talk real quickly about the support that the project managers bring to projects here that are coming to Tapemark. What we do is opportunities come in and the project management team helps support them until they're formally signed. Once it's an assigned program, then a total cross-functional team is assigned, both internally and externally. We then take those teams and make sure that the action items are defined,and along with schedules and all resources are aligned to deliver the finished product. Thank you for your time."
