Our converting process is the final step to create a finished product before packaging. Converting includes processing the rolled goods and laminate materials, then die-cutting to create our clients' finished product or components of the finished product.

  1. Gather materials from order specifications
  2. Perform a material quality check
  3. Set converting line for the project's parameters
  4. The line goes through the centering process, ensuring accuracy
  5. Converting process starts running — during this step, we continually conduct in-line process and quality checks
  6. Upon job completion, the production record is reviewed following our documentation practices
  7. Final release testing occurs, followed by packaging and shipping
